Bill is an artist, a filmmaker and a professor of photography. Driven by an unsettled curiosity, he sees photography as way of reducing daily chaos into a few meaningful moments. Fascinated by the foreign and the familiar, his images remind us that in a time of shifting boarders… nothing is personal. 

 

On December 2013,  Bill was honored by the mayor of Ventura with the Mayor's Arts Educator of the Year award.

 

Mr Hendricks, was honored to receive the National Arts Recognition Award, from the Ventura County Arts Council in December 2017.
